With over 30 years in the cutting tool business, we specialize in the private label manufacturing of special round carbide tools, special cutting tools,carbide insert tools, end mills, drills, burrs, inserts,boring bars, screw machine tools with quick turn around time. Whatever your need, be it coolant thru or non-coolant made from rod or special preforms, we do our utmost to turn the tools out quickly but always with quality in mind. We generally quote 2-3 weeks on most full-blown specials and we do not charge premiums for that delivery. If a preform is needed, that might extend the delivery to 3-4 weeks to make the finished tool but many in the industry quote 3-4 weeks just to obtain the preform and another 2-4 weeks thereafter to manufacture the tool. Recent additions to our service package now enable us to make many hut not all carbide round full specials in a 1-2 week time span. We ship from Florida, Chicago, and a third location in Michigan. With regards to quality, we make our special tools on state of the art CNC equipment. We can hold .0001 tolerance on diameter, even multiple diameters and we can supply inspection reports with any or all tools as required.
We also still manufacture Carbide Tipped Tools, HSS/Cobalt Tools, and Screw Machine Tools which less and less people want to produce these days given their focus on making solid carbide tooling. There is still some need out there in the marketplace for these tools (CT & HSS) and we have excellent deliveries on these products as well, in many cases less than one week.
Last but not least, we have a 24-48 hour quick turnaround service and fast deliveries on many modified standards in HSS & Carbide to compliment our service on full specials.
We understand that you have a supplier at this time for these tools, however, if that vendor is not satisfying your delivery, price, or quality requirements, or if it simply takes to long to receive a quote back when requested, please allow us an opportunity to show you what we can do for your company.
Distributor enquiries are welcomed as well and we will private label special tools for individual distributors as required on a case to case basis.
