is a private label manufacturer of “Special Cutting Tools”. We offer a unique business model with FAST delivery and “one stop shopping” for most if not all of your custom tool requirements. Our 7 plants are situated all over the USA to better serve each region. In these plants we manufacture many of the items listed below:
1. Standard tool modification or tool grinding of standard carbide and HSS tools, such as a Drill, Reamer, End Mill and Form Tool to name a few.
2. Special carbide cutting tools such as a Step Drill, G Drill, Thread Mill, End Mill, Reamer, Port Tool or a Carbide Burr as well as CNC Routers, Slitting Saws, Woodruff Cutters and Countersinks. We manufacture most of these special cutting tools in HSS / Cobalt as well.
3. We manufacture “Indexable toolholders” and “Boring Bars” in another of our plants as well as special inserts including grooving and threading items.
4. PCD and CBN special inserts as well as round tools in the same materials
Our whole process is predicated on speed. We have full tool design capabilities or work to your drawings but our primary goal is to produce a superior quality tool and have it to you in the quickest time possible without charging premiums to do so. We would be happy to work with you or your valued distributor/integrated supplier to help support all your “special tool” requirements.
